Hariyali Enterprise was founded in 2023 with a simple observation: corrugated box manufacturers in India were still managing delivery challans, stock records, and proof of deliveries using pen and paper or scattered Excel sheets.
We saw factory owners spending hours every day manually calculating quantities, tracking pending PODs, and reconciling stock. We knew there had to be a better way.
That's how Challan Book was born — a purpose-built software platform designed from the ground up for the unique workflows of box manufacturers. Not a generic ERP. Not an accounting tool. Just the exact features you need: challan generation, box test reports, stock management, and POD tracking.

Mahesh Chaudhari is the founder and driving force behind Hariyali Enterprise and Challan Book. Coming from a business family with deep roots in the corrugated box manufacturing industry, Mahesh spent years observing the daily struggles of factory owners — piles of handwritten challan registers, lost delivery proofs, stock mismatches at month-end, and hours wasted on manual calculations.
In 2023, he decided to change that. With a clear vision to digitize India's box manufacturing industry, Mahesh set out to build a software solution that speaks the language of factory floors — not boardrooms. He personally visited dozens of manufacturing units across Gujarat, sat with dispatch managers, listened to accountants, and understood exactly what features mattered and what did not.
That hands-on approach shaped every feature in Challan Book — from auto challan numbering and plate linking to box test report generation and POD cloud storage. Mahesh believes that great software is not built in isolation; it is built by understanding the people who use it every single day.
