This Refund Policy applies to all Challan Book purchases and subscriptions, including Yearly Plans and One-Time (Lifetime) Licenses. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility by Plan Type

3. Refund Timeline

Day 0 — Purchase / Activation Full Refund

Your subscription or license is activated. You get immediate access to all features included in your plan.

Day 1 to 14 — Trial Period Full Refund

Use Challan Book with full features. Test challan generation, stock management, reports, and POD tracking. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, request a refund.

Day 15 to 30 — Grace Period Full Refund

Still not convinced? No problem. We will honor a full refund up to 30 days from activation. We may ask for brief feedback to improve our product, but this is optional.

Day 31 onwards — Standard Usage No Refund

After 30 days, refunds are generally not provided for Yearly plans. However, we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis for genuine technical issues that prevent core functionality.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@hariyalienterprise.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]"
  2. Include your registered email address, invoice number, and reason for refund (optional but appreciated)
  3. For One-Time licenses, confirm that the software has been uninstalled from all devices
  4. Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom Development: Any custom features or modifications developed specifically for your business at your request are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Data Migration Services: Fees paid for importing historical data from Excel/CSV or other systems are non-refundable once migration is completed.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Costs associated with third-party API integrations, SMS gateways, or payment gateways are non-refundable.
  • Training Sessions: On-site or remote training sessions that have already been conducted are non-refundable.
  • Partial Periods: No refunds for partial months or unused days within a billing cycle for Yearly plans.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Yearly Plans

You may cancel your Yearly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the subscription expiry date. No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations after the 30-day window.

6.2 One-Time / Lifetime Licenses

One-Time licenses are perpetual and do not require cancellation. However, if you choose not to renew the annual maintenance fee:

  • The software continues to function with all existing features
  • You will not receive new feature updates, security patches, or bug fixes
  • Technical support will be limited to community forums and documentation
  • Priority server resources and backup services will be discontinued

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Yearly subscriptions automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 15 days before the renewal date. You will receive a renewal reminder email 30 days before the renewal date.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your refund request was wrongly denied, you may escalate by:

  1. Contacting our support team with your case details
  2. If unresolved, requesting a review by management within 15 days of the initial decision
  3. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly
